• Supporting 500+ smart devices, iOS, Android, Mac OS platforms, support, user groups setting and management, label management, polices and configuration management, security rules, signing of in-house apps by enterprise certificates (iOS).• Implementation of Mobile Iron in companies, system and infrastructure setting, MDM setting connecting to AD or LDAP, configuration of standalone sentry, implementation of mail services across multiple mobile operating system for leading services such as office 365 & Exchange.• Supervising iPad devices using an apple configurator.• Enforce app-level passcodes for access to email, calendars, and contacts.• Actual problem solving, MDM operations (registration, wipe, retirement, label assignment), internal apps installations, daily reports).•Block access to or selectively wipe email from non-compliant devices.•Experience and knowledge of mobile devices management, deployment and distribution.•Perform top tier support for escalated issue (primarily responsible for Mobile Iron related issue) Administer and maintain the Mobile Iron infrastructure and configuration.•Test and deploy mobile device policies.•Ability and desire to conduct research into mobile device issue and products•Perform testing of new iOS versions and the impact to Mobile Iron functionality•Support given to EFB Team for resolving iPad software and hardware issue. •Enforce security policies and monitor device compliance•Managing 18000+ Mailboxes in Office 365 Portal.•Migration of Exchange On-Premise Users to Office 365.•User Account managements for O365 & Active Directory.•Assigning Licenses to the users in O365.•Troubleshooting Outlook related issues.•Granting Users Archival Mailbox/ Active Sync Access.•Multiple Projects handling eg: EUS OS Upgrade Org-wide, Application Compliance.•Conducting Review Meeting with Stake holders to Meet SLA.•Conducting Review Meeting for Breached SLA Calls.•Showcasing Call Reviewed Update to JET IT management.
