I am customer service representative at Popeyes and am pursuing International Business course at Centennial college, Toronto. Dealing with customers is something that I believe I am best at because at very young age I started handling my uncle's business with him. I would feel a connection with the customer working there as I would suggest them some product and then persuade them to make that purchase gave a a very pleasant satisfactory feel. After my high school, I planned to study abroad and came to Canada to continue my higher studies. I am having a persuasive nature, with professionalism in work and leadership qualities, which helped me get customer service representative job a Popeyes. Most enjoable part of my job is when I have to give training to new comer. I always want them to learn from their mistake and let them do the work their way. When they work their way they encounter mistakes, which makes it easy for me to explain them why it should be performed a different way.Lastly, I am kind of person who does not change jobs very frequently because I believe in stability.
