Using data collected from a survey I created, I was able to remove unnecessary field entries, organize the entry form, and add auto-filling features. The survey data also guided me in organizing the database to show pertinent information first. As a result, I reduced the time needed to input issues, eliminated the need to slide around the database during global meetings, and developed automated graphic figures fed directly from the database.
