Involved with finalizing and developing the Rail and Disneyland brochures annually and with organising an annual Fam Trip to Europe for Travel Agents whilst leading them on four occasions (2001-2010). GCC Partners moved from being Printing Only agents to Booking & Printing agents (aka Secondary agents) in 2007. Handled by self and ensured smooth transition. Held training sessions to educate the partners on the new procedures and systems. Growth of over 240% by the end of 2007 over 2001, in UAE and over 280% including GCC partners. Rail Europe Sales showed more than 50% growth for two years in a row, viz., 2003 over 2002 and 2002 over 2001 at Al Rostamani Travel & Holidays LLC. Successfully handled the 2006 summer for GSA products almost single handed, due to departure of colleagues, a summer that saw over 25% jump in sales due to the FIFA World Cup in Germany at Al Rostamani Travel & Holidays. Drew up a successful document reporting system in co-ordination with the IT department in 2004 to improve efficiency of the teams. Steady growth in sales of Disneyland Resort Paris (DLRP) within 2 years of Al Rostamani Travel & Holidays being appointed preferred agents in 2002, in a market dominated with well-settled competitors. -
