Working as MIS Consultant in State/District Team of BRLPS and Looking after following activities:· Working with and Monitoring of 4 assign districts (Vaishali,Samastipur,muzaffarpur,Darbhanga) and Concerned Block Operators for entries in CBO MIS (web Server and Mobile based Applications like ( Aadhaar and Insurance,MPMG App, SHGs Fund Monitoring etc).· Database Management of 4 districts related to all project components of CBO MIS / NRLM Maintenance for Updations and validations of SHGs /VOs/CLFs profiles entries, Bank A/Cs entries/Location Master (Block/Panchayat/village Mapping).· Report preparation on respective themes and submission to concerned thematic heads for monitoring and Evaluations.· Tracking CBO’s digitization in DSS-MIS with respect to MPPR and as well as updates entered on NRLM portal from districts.· Capacity building of the staff and community on “CBO MIS” application for digitization process.· Liasoning with DPCU and BPIU staff data collection and digitization in CBO MIS application.· To support to DPM and MNE Manager regularly for generation of reports with required periodicity.· Piloting MIS modules and ensure its usage for staff and cadre.

Worked as Programmer (Support) at SAS Infotec while working at platforms like SQL Server and Database Management.· Support & Maintenance of different software’s modules already implemented customization or new module development as per client requirement.· Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding of the business process.· Maintaining project documentation for future reference.· Overseeing implementation and testing of the application at client end.· Extending post-implementation support to the client.
