• Study of market competition. Market potential. Study of Present and future/ upcoming commercial office space: IT & Non IT both. Networking with local Real Estate Consultants to understand local market dynamics.• Target cities are analyzed in terms of preferred location and prevailing rates in those areas, mapping of major commercial, I.T., hotel development.• Location feasibility of the site in terms of surrounding development, access road, etc.• Analyzing the market potential and share which we can tap in terms of business and tourism potential of the city.• Current market competition and future supply-demand analysis.• Estimating and interpolating ongoing and future development projects increasing the market size.• Conducted a market research to analyze the feasibility of the concept.• Created business plans and analyzed hotel proposals and plans to determine best brand fit and hotel concept for acquisition and development projects.• Assist The Hotel Owner in all aspect to grow there Business.
