Journal Entries : To Post Daily and Month end Journals which includes Sales, Purchases, Accruals, Prepaid expenses, reclassification entries.Reconciliation: To Prepare on daily basis Bank Accounts reconciliation, To reconcile on monthly and quarterly basis other balance sheet Account which includes Trade & Non Trade receivable accounts, Trade & Non Trade Payable Accounts.Payroll and Commission : To Accrue bi-weekly Payroll entries and to books payment entries for same, To prepare monthly commission working and to post commission Payable entries.Management Fees: To prepare monthly management fees working and to post all expenses, Receivable, Payable entries for same.Inter company Transactions: To review, reconcile on monthly basis all Inter Company transactions and post required entries for outages if any.Summarized Financial: To prepare on weekly basis a summarized form of financials as on date which depicts Sales, Purchases, Collections, Payments as well as position of all other Inflows and Outflows of cash on monthly and weekly basis.Reports: To prepare and circulate weekly Trade and Non Trade Accounts Payable reports which depicts payments outstanding as on date ageing wise.

Journal Entries : To prepare and upload reversing and non-reversing journals which includes Booking of accruals, Amortization, Re-classifying entries, Funding Journals, Expense out journals, Ad Hoc Journals.Reconciliations: To prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet accounts reconciliation which includes banks, accounts payable, accounts receivable and temporary cash investment reconciliation.Processing Payroll Data in System : Evaluating differences between two Payroll data (HR Team and Accounting Team) and on the basis of differences posting the journals for differences, also includes setting up different types of pay codes to stream line accounting strings.Outstanding Loan report : To prepare monthly outstanding loan report of employees, which is compared with GL and evaluating the difference with reasons if any and reporting the same.Labour Report Request : To prepare and sent monthly labour reports business unit wise to respective planning team comprising net pay of employees.Home Purchase Plan request : To create projects (Unique IDs) for the employees availing the benefits of HPP as and when required, Preparing Invoices in the name of vendor providing HPP benefits to employees, Booking an expense in the name of entity for such benefits.Cash Report: Preparing and sending cash report which compare and shows differences between bank account balances with GL account balance in closing period.Fatals Analysis Report: To extract monthly Payroll fatals report and fix all the incorrect accounting strings with appropriate coding in PeopleSoft.Management Reports: To prepare monthly and quarterly business report, daily GL activity report, monthly open item report and MOM of GL team. Reviewer role: To review all the activities and tasks of Payroll Accounting team which includes journals, reconciliations and reports etc.
