Product Integration And Business Analysis Advisor
Current− Spearheading the entire facet of product lifecycle right from the definition, vision, release scope definition, product design till successful market launch.− Assessing market trends and identifying key metrics to support objectives.− Guiding & working closely with the team to bring products & features from inception to market availability.− Facilitating product-market-research discovery sessions to identify alliance partners for features such as observability/telemetry and for features related to Client Satisfaction Indexes such as CSAT and NPS; additionally managingintegration of widgets that handle these capabilities.− Providing feedback & direction to Product Teams for evolution/ modifications in products based on customer inputs, specifications & feedback.− Front-leading multiple Agile Projects with multiple Agile Teams; directing all aspects of Agile Scrum Framework encompassing Release Planning Sessions, Sprint Planning Sessions, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives − Collaborating with the Product vendors to ensure that their security and infrastructure controls and data management controls are in line with the Organization's policy.− Creating & maintaining product backlog by gathering requirements from Product Management Team during release planning and defining Epics & features into user stories achieved by the team in a sprint.− Directly engaging with a geographically dispersed cross-functional team of engineers, network architects, and network security to establish cloud migration strategies for transforming our products from private cloud to Azure cloud.− Facilitating end-to-end delivery of the program, meeting internal & external objectives: • Estimation, risk, scope, time, resource, quality, and change management.• Value-adds, continuous process, and productivity improvement / Expectation management of the team
