Creating new App Engine Programs , Custom CI for data loads• Analyzing and providing resolution for various issues that arise during Chryslers HR & E-Performance application• Modify or alter existing code in Peoplecode, Application Packages ,Application Engine to cater to changed functionality or as an Enhancement to existing functionality• Designing and Modifying Online Objects (Page Design)• Implementing PeopleSoft Config Changes to cater to new functionalities• Testing and documenting the changes and also reviewing others tasks• Involvement in Production Support activities• Involved in various process improvement plans and owning few of them

PeopleSoft payroll is used for calculating gross to net earnings , deductions, taxes , maintain balances, reporting payroll data, perform year end activities including tax reporting and third party payments through Accounts Payables. With PeopleSoft Payroll, Chrysler has designed and configured the payroll system to meet its organizational needs. Chrysler’s PeopleSoft Payroll system is highly customized in order to support various business processes and to provide an efficient payroll operation.PeopleSoft application supports Chrysler’s HR & Payroll processes. The scope of work would be development and production support for PeopleSoft applications. Responsibilities:• Writing new SQRs to generate Reports pertaining to Clients Functional requirement. Creating new App Engine Programs.• Analyzing and providing resolution for various issues that arise during Chryslers HR & Payroll application.• Modify or alter existing code in SQRs, Peoplecode in Application Engine to cater to changed functionality or as an Enhancement to existing functionality.• Designing and Modifying Online Objects (Page Design) .• Implementing PeopleSoft Config Changes to cater to new functionalities.• Testing and documenting the changes and also reviewing others tasks. • Involvement in Production Support activities. • Fine tuning the programs for better performance.Providing resolution within the required time-frame, giving the root cause analysis etc. ensuring the SLA requirements is met.
