• Identify and develop new business opportunities at bakery channel by promoting Bakels range of products and solutions. • Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high end service (technical & commercial), explore and identify all their needs.• Approach new businesses, markets and geography with proposals.• Manage and maintain sales/clients database.• Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.• Generate new business opportunity Pipeline in assigned Accounts/ Geography.• Create proposals for target/focused clients with relevant info and quotes.• Manage clients/projects receivables and cash collections in light of preset KPIs.• Oversee, manage and develop Sales executives to achieve set targets.• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure work efficiency.

Therefore, inspire and coordinate team work with technical and marketing team (Demonstrations).• Plan and organise daily activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.• Report regularly your activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers, product and service needs, competitive activities).• Participate actively in sales meetings.
