I am a result-oriented professional with over 9 years of experience in Project Management and Vehicle Integration functions in the fields of Defence Vehicles, Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (M&HCV), Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), and Pickups. My expertise lies in end-to-end Project Management and New Product Development. Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered multiple projects in Defence and Medium & Heavy Commercial vehicles.As a project management professional, I excel in preparing project review and approval documents for senior management reviews and presentations for other reviews on ongoing projects. I am adept at monitoring vehicle-level DMC, project business case preparations and driving cost reduction initiatives while ensuring timely execution of projects to meet target SOP (Start of Production) and tracking project capex (capital expenditure).My strengths extend beyond technical expertise. I am an effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills. In this capacity, I handle projects such as the Futuristic Infantry Combat Vehicle (FICV), Common Gun Tower (CGT), and Fire Fighting Truck. I am responsible for tracking and analyzing government tenders for Defence Vehicles, studying RFPs and RFQs, and collaborating with multiple functions to prepare detailed response. Additionally, I initiate new projects based on tender requirements and ensure their timely execution and introduction to the market.In my previous role as a Project Manager for M&HCV Trucks , I handled various projects including the CNG program for M&HCV – Launched India’s first CNG HCV Truck, 31T 3 axle rigid truck, BS6 migration for the Truck platform, and the Aircraft Refueller project. Prior to that, I spent 5 years in CV Engineering as a Vehicle Integration specialist, focusing on SCV & Pickups. In this role, I contributed in the preparation of vehicle-level DMU, packaging study and virtual verification. Apart from my professional experience, I possess hands-on experience with MS Office, Teamcenter Visualization, PLM and SAP. To further enhance my skills, I have obtained certifications in Automotive Project Management from TUV SUD in 2021 and Green Belt certification in DFSS in 2017.
