Innovatus hence provides dynamic HR solutions that helps those organizations achieves those business objectives.My Key Responsibilities:• Handled PAN India level of recruitment for Clients• Recruitments utilizing various sourcing method like Naukri.com, Facebook and Linkedin.-Sourcing resumes through Job portals.-Job Posting & Bulk Mailing- Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc.-Advertising vacancies• Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand the job role.• Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectation.• Proper follow up with candidates and keeping track record of shortlisted and selected candidates.• Maintain HR MIS (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).• Taking first round of interviews.
