Current☞ Leadership Role:☞ Handled the responsibility as a Consultant for implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Practices for client like Kirdak Autocom Private Limited☞ Handled a team of 10+ FTEs for execution of the projects. ☞ Worked efficiently on 100+ projects simultaneously.☞ Sending out weekly and monthly reports to client top management showing the progress of each project under execution.☞ Execution Role:☞ Worked on projects from various categories like- Cost of Poor-Quality reduction, Productivity Improvement, Consumable Cost Reduction, Tool Cost reduction, Reduction of environmental pollution, Establishment of Management Information Systems, Reduction of setup time and lead time, Improvement of First-time yield for new product development, Master Data Creation.☞ Responsible for handholding of all employees and workers on the shopfloor for establishing data collection systems.☞ Have experience of working on shop floors for industries like CNC & VMC Machine Shop, Forging Press Shop, Electric Shop etc.
