In the project based role at Thrive Refugee Enterprise, I was developing business plan and cash flow projections for the client. Key responsibilities included:-Defining core business functions through secondary data analyses, deriving practical assumptions for business viability and cash flow projections and consulting the client with business strategy. -Understand the complexities involved in small business industry and the challenges associated with micro financing.-Proposing short, medium, and long-term business strategies for various type of businesses.-Primary and Secondary research through cold calling for clients to support their expression of interest to get a business loan.-Conducting business development activities for business growth.

Through my project at EY Sweeney, I was leading a team data collectors for a research project for TfNSW.Key Responsibilities:• Selection of data set in the optimal environment to account for a precise observation, creating and managing the action plan and reporting developments to the project officer. • Management of data quality and its value in decision making process in large projects and organisations.• Stakeholder management and improvising task priority due to variable resource allocation.

As an intern at Prophecy International, I was able to develop market entry strategy for their signature data visualisation tool. The prime task of the project was to discover other markets/industries where the company could expand operations. Other key responsibilities included future growth strategy, scope of entering international market and competitor analysis. As a data analyst at STFC, I worked on a software component called ICAT which was part of a project called Pandata. The Pandata project aimed at the integration of the data from 12 of Europe's largest laboratories. I was responsible for,Training and demonstrating of the software package including Oracle-Xe, MySQL, SQL Developer, Glassfish-4 and JEE. Developing test scripts in UNIX environment to reducing installation time on foreign servers having variable proxy setting.Creating and hosting a Virtual Cluster of testing machines using VMware for all the project members to mitigate and update development error.Project coordination between all the European partners to effectively share the resources and application developments. Learning and applying the concepts of Relational Database Management System to contribute in development of future packages aiding the data migration.
