I later relocated to Auckland (NZ) in 2016 to study PG Diploma in Business Management (Level 8) and started working as a Collection officer before making a pivot into a position in National Account Manager (Sales) with illion Ltd (Previously Dun & Bradstreet). My core role was to manage a portfolio of over 80 existing SME accounts and I also generated new leads/Businesses circa 20-30 (new) accounts per year. I have helped my customers to find right illion products/services, that assist with a smart and savvy ways to mitigate risk, help with on-going risk management to enable making informed decisions with their evaluations for future/current customers, including data analysis and software services. I have managed initiatives that span product management, analytics and operations, and have a proven track record of improving internal frameworks, developing team capability, increasing sales and improving brand presence.
