IT Responsibilities• Lead the in-house IT team to deliver a scalable, innovative, high available network and systems infrastructure to support enterprise applications across all the locations along with IT Service Management.• Strategically prioritize the IT demand and establish policies, guidelines, and procedures for system management, system administration, meeting business goals, and delivering benefits.• Proactively propose and implement relevant best practice IT infrastructure and technical solutions for smooth operations.• Manage and monitor daily, the integrity and security of the LAN, desktop, Servers/Cloud Servers(operation and backup).• Manage, monitor & control in-house ERP software as well as SCADA/PLC software used in our manufacturing unit across all locations.• Administration and development of Mobile forms for real-time business alerts and notifications.• Manage & execute an extensive IT budget for the organization.Procurement & SCM Responsibilities• Build and develop a capable procurement team to manage suppliers and support manufacturing and distribution activities in the respective locations.• Provide direction and execute supply base/commodity strategies, vendor selection, price negotiation, and supplier performance measurements to meet the organization's requirements.• Management of annual/multi-year pricing agreements.• Track raw material trends and plan effectively for smooth and profitable operations.• Develop a robust supply base to provide materials with 'Best In Class' pricing and quality for all locations.• Work closely with manufacturing and technical management to provide profitable solutions for raw materials, IT, and Non-IT products.• Implement effective systems and processes(both IT and Non-IT) to provide value throughout the supply chain across all the locations.

Leading the in-house IT team as well as the entire Procurement division. Responsible for IT operation, network, computer hardware, ERP, IT assets monitoring, and management. My work involves the entire procurement strategy and planning for this project which includes demand management & forecasting, asset monitoring, inventory optimization, vendor rationalization, and development through simplified and digitized processes. The position demands industry best practices for the Purchase to Payment process through innovative yet simple strategies minimizing commercial and business risks.
