I joined the Financial Due diligence department in the Deals SBU of PwC. In Deals , I was primarily working with a renowned 'Unicorn' startup advising on their acquisitions majorly around the fashion manufacturing industry. Adjusted EBITDA analysis, Debt analysis and Working capital calculations were the central piece of my working experience here giving me an insight into the deals world and a more operational outlook on the business analysis as compared to purely financial understanding I had in my previous roles.

After my CA qualification in Sept'21 I was performing as ground leader on an audit engagement of an automotive client. Preparation of Internal Control processes walkthrough and managing team of articles were one of the experiences I gained on this project before switching my career to Transaction services.

During my articleship experience, I was a core audit team member of a multi business conglomerate listed entity.I audited clients from different industries and examined multiple areas of financial statements. From streamlining a certification process of Rs. 1000 Cr+ for a Fortune 500 client, to managing five clients concurrently during the pandemic or overseeing the application of a new, complex accounting standard, my articleship offered an exceptionally enriching learning experience. I was awarded special performance bonuses every year and various spot awards by my team members and seniors.
