● Doing Reconciliation of securities of cash and position on daily as well as on monthly basis in the reconciliation tool.● Handling client escalations and providing solutions to them.● Assist client to keep track of the work with monthly KPIs report● Coordinated with client on weekly calls, discussion on the analysis and updating the changes on that basis.● Have also provided solutions for automation where there is a score of manual interference
