As a Strategy Consultant, I use the concept of process mapping of policies. It rests on the insights from Systems Design, a vital lens for understanding and optimising complex systems like governance frameworks. I provide PARC with insights and points of strategic intervention to work with different stakeholders on key policy projects.

I worked on a 6-month long special project led by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The project is under the aegis of Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a leading Public Policy Think Tank. We as a team are responsible for mapping the Ministry's Departments, Organizations and work allocation subjects made under Allocation of Business Rules. We evaluate the process flows of divisions and analyze the governance approach from the perspective of administrative reforms and domain-based reforms. We evaluate the journey of Mandate-to-Policy and understand whether and how the Departments, Organizations, People and Processes have contributed to the intended service delivery.

I worked at the NSE - Centre for Behavioral Science as a Research Associate.The projects that I led were:1. The effect of negative mood induction in the lab on the Disposition EffectA neuroeconomic study, using EEG technique, tries to identify whether the induced negative mood completely reverses the Disposition Effect.2. Does interaction design on the “add to cart” page increase conversion rates by creating an endowment effect?This is an online UI/UX study regarding creating an endowment effect using interaction design in a curated e-commerce website. It is a Behavioral study along with eye-tracking techniques.3. Civil Servants Risk Appetite:This project was proposed and approved in principle. It can be pursued with the help of relevant government departments. Along with the research, I have also contributed to writing 25 Research Paper Summaries for the “Market Pulse”, the Monthly Review of the National Stock Exchange Ltd.I have also completed various administrative tasks such as ‘5S’ of our lab and standardization of processes, documentation of participants and have assisted in conducting a survey of IIM students. Other accomplished tasks at the lab include Lab Demo to the dignitaries, IIMA faculty and students and guiding the student projects for the course – Neuroscience for Consumer Behaviour.I was also instrumental in organizing the monthly webinars of the centre and the annual conference – Behavioral Science in Management 2022 and 2023.
