Wrote a unique learning design solution for project/activity-based, collaborative, online learning for K-12 teachers based on the vision and direction of the founder, Dr. Emily Feistritzer, which became the blueprint for the custom-built TeachNow Learning Platform. Managed the learning design and development of the TeachNow Learning Platform and curriculum for teacher certification and Master's degree programs offered at Moreland University, previously TEACH-NOW Graduate School of Education. Worked in a senior leadership position from inception in 2012 till Oct, 2021 when the company got sold to private equity and continued to work in this role in order to transition knowledge to the new ownership. Played a key role in growing and developing a faculty of nearly 100 instructors and an academic leadership team to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and collaborative learning of all instructors on an ongoing basis. Worked as a learning leader over a decade to help grow TeachNow's offerings, accreditations, and continuously improve the quality of the curriculum, instruction, and learning platform capabilities. Collaboratively created personalized learning experiences and university services for teacher candidates (students) across all programs offered by TEACH-NOW/Moreland University.

Working as an e-Learning consultant in the U.S. from 2005 to 2012, and prior to that as e-Learning Solutions Architect in India, developing creative instructional design solutions for clients in the education industry. Created groundbreaking solutions for K-12 and higher education that includes innovative learning designs and learning technologies such as project based learning, game based learning, mobile learning solutions, web 2.0 learning platforms, and role-play based learning simulations (single & multi-player). Directed cross-functional teams to develop these innovative learning solutions and deliver high-end products and services that gave LearningMate customers a competitive advantage in the market.

Worked in a startup environment to help set up and manage the instructional design team for the newly setup e-learning division of the company in India. Assisted in the recruitment of cross-functional teams of graphic design and e-learning software development. Designed instructional strategies, created project plans and implemented e-learning projects for management courses with cross-functional teams. Guided team members in creating marketing materials to better market the courses.

Worked as a remedial teacher teaching students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities. Specialised in teaching students from class 5 to 9 where I developed and executed a programme for slow learners, aged 9, with hearing and speech problems. The programme involved remedial work that aimed at recovery from learning disabilities through associative study and practice.

Worked with elementary to high school students with dyslexia, hearing and speech impairment, and non-verbal learning disorder, in after-school additional support services.
