Some of the key Projects as Data Analyst/Solution Architect:1. Technology Adoption ScorecardThis project at LPL Financial was to track its Advisor’s adoption to tools and technology (Like AccountView, eSignature, eDelivery, MoveMoney, AI platform etc) which LPL is offering to its Advisors towards greater transparency and value add of technology. We first developed and rolled out the “Technology Adoption Index” which ordinally provides a score to gauge each advisor’s progress in their use of technology. We then automated the collection of this data (ETL through Informatica) and build very insightful dashboard (Reports through OBIEE) to streamline and fully automate end to end data collection 2. Practice Management DashboardThe Practice Management Dashboard (PMD) is centralized, role based Advisor facing application that provides a financial firm direct insight into the overall business performance of their advisory practice. The PMD is designed to be a barometer that reflects the overall size, productivity and efficiency of the operating model of a financial services firm as it relates to assets under management (AUM), production and revenue. 3. Enhanced Financial Analytics (EFA) ReportingEFA Reporting is to enable Finance team to run a number of monthly, quarterly and annual reports with financials and metric data to upper management, providing a number of key performance indicators (related to Asset and Revenue,NNA), financial and non-financial metrics, used to respond to survey and audit/regulatory requests, and earnings release among other things. 4. Automation of Salesforce Data Feeds:SalesForce is LPL customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which is used primarily by Advisor and Institution Solutions (AIS), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Legal team. I was part of this very data centric complex project to automate various data feeds to SalesForce.

I worked with IGATE for more than 13 years in its BI&A (Business Intelligence & Analytics) unit before it got acquired by Capgemini. I worked for its few of key clients e.g GE, Charles Schwab (San Francisco), Union Bank (Los Angeles), LPL (Charlotte) in various capacity from Informatica Developer to Analyst to Manager to Engagement Executive.

I was a key Data Analyst for Union Bank for its Data Warehouse and Basel Implementation. I did work on various ETL/Reporting projects as well as served as Data Analyst for Commercial Workstream of Basel-II implementation Program of the Union Bank. I had worked closely for PD (Probability Of Default) & LGD (Loss Given default) implementation, Collateral Management, RWA (Risk weighted Asset) Calculation and actively participate in overall IT solution architecture and building the Data Warehouse and Data Marts for the Bank.

I did work for iSchwab legacy Data Warehouse which got then replaced by IDW in Teradata Platform. I was also part of Schwab Siebel CRM (MARS) team for Sales Analytics.
