Primary responsibilities include:• To understand client requirements, systems specifications and other inputs from onsite counterparts • Partnering in planning process by providing inputs (Demand Validation Reports) which includes analyzing deferred work and the resource availability for future iterations• Develops project plans for Benefits Delivery deliverables and gets input as appropriate • Identifies and communicates type and complexity of work as well as extent of work to Lead System Analyst (LSA), Benefits Delivery SPM, and team associates • Develops an achievable delivery schedule in consensus with the US counterparts • Allocation of work activities to project team members • Manages project deliverables and develops impact analysis when work is behind schedule or in situations of resource movement • Reassigns work activities to meet deliverables as necessary • Manages team capacity and productivity • Identifies risks and business impacts on the projects • Ensures product quality • Reports project status, leading status meetings • Identification of technical training needs • Promotes teamwork • Develops a clear line of sight on business and client
