My role in the early stages of the firm;• Conducting competitor analysis for the start-up to identify the nature of the market and the products.• Research of Grants, Government schemes and Angel Investors to gain an increase in capital.• SWOT Analysis for a more clear view of the Company among the market, and helped to set targets accordingly.• Assisting in the process of financial forecasting.
