CurrentWith focus on commercial buildings, I believe that architects must understand the client’s business, their culture, and the individual requirements of each environment. From conception, through design development, and from construction document preparation through completion and the Certificate of Occupancy, we need to be resourceful problem solvers and bring our clients the peace-of-mind that the project will successfully meet their needs.As a Principal at Atlas Collaborative, I have responsibilities in administration and expand on the culture of exceeding client expectations through timely and effective communication that result in outstanding client satisfaction. Also provide in-house management for: recruiting new professionals and staff members to help Atlas's growth objectives, mentoring and training architectural design interns to enhance their futures, and helping develop training programs to insure staff members keep up-to-date on new design trends and technological advances in design and construction materials.
