MetroLeads provides a single concise workspace with easy access to all the information necessary to get the job done.As an HR Associate at MetroGuild, I am responsible for managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms. Issuing employment contracts, and verifying completion. Responding to HR-related queries within the company, and maintaining employee confidentiality. I also take care of recruitment within the company:1. Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and old databases.2. Developing job descriptions. 3. Posting jobs on company websites, and portals. 4. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for an open position. 5. Coordinating with Technical Interviewers and candidates for scheduling interviews using the latest interviewing tools/platforms. 6. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports daily to the rest of the team regularly.
