Created Blasting plan and MSHA and State Plans.Proficient in Slurry Impoundment design and inspection, Suface mine planning, shovel optimization and slope stability, Mineral Processing.Created MSHA Seal Plans, Directional drilling around abandoned mines, plugging and locating oil wells to mine through.
