• Responsible of marketing the bench consultants. • Responsible for building up good contacts with the Vendors and maintaining the relation with them in getting good requirements from them to place our consultants.• Submitting the profiles through different sources like DICE, Career builder, Tech fetch • Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent. • Utilize online job boards like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc to source out consultant, GC, US citizens, H1-B.• Determined priority of client requirements based on knowledge of sales goals, and client importance to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.• Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm, Co-Ordination, Scheduling and conducting interviews.• Getting the Feedback from the accounts manager and updating the consultant.• Co-ordination with the Operations Department if the Consultant is selected in getting the paper work done. • Maintaining good relationship with vendors as well as consultants
