• Managing Projects with regard to its Effort OverRun, Productivity, Quality and Schedule fidelity, Schedule OverRun.• Active Involvement in executing the organizational decisions taken by the top management.• Involved in performing restructuring within the span of control to reduce the lead time from client to Operations by clubbing Project Management within Operations team.• Optimizing the performance of team members on the basis of the projects completed by them in a particular quarter.• Leading, motivating and training the work force to ensure operational excellence by working towards employee satisfaction/engagement.• Handling new projects including production, customer interaction for technical requirements, deciding the deadlines and ensuring quality expectations.• Strategically planning all aspects of the prepress / publishing project including technology selection, know-how and engineering arrangements and optimizing product configuration.• Carrying out advance planning for resources, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of publishing projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters.• Interfacing for decision-making processes, profitability analysis & finalization of agreements contracts.• Introducing professional project management practices, and streamlining the reporting and critical planning processes throughout the publishing project life cycle.• Conceptualizing & developing new projects with the coordination of Delhi/U.S. Project Managers.• Keeping clients informed about the proceedings and organizing sessions for feedbacks. Compiling the analysis of the root cause of issues.• Conducting few training sessions for new updates available and ensuring the usage of the updates to increase the productivity of the floor.• Closely interacting with the clients regarding their problems and queries.• Ensure complete client satisfaction regarding queries through effective coordination with various departments.
