•Working on to reduce the over consumption of Compounds . Sampling the product & collecting the data to identify the various process constraints where consumption is high.•Planning the production to achieve daily & monthly targets set by management.• To Look after the quality & production process of HT & LT aerial bunched cable, Signalling cable, Power cable, covered conductor as per standard.• Manpower deployment and maintain the record of it.• Troubleshoot & resolved the production issues , implementing the solutions with electrical and mechanical department to reduced the downtime.• Maintaining the production report, consumption report, conductor stocks,core stocks,raw material stocks, machine downtime record & reasons in excel report.• Always interact with the senior managers, operators to gain knowledge about the new products and their manufacturing process.• Sampling & inspecting the incoming raw material, finished goods product weights ,size, dimensions , identifying the production defects, quality defects using electricals and electronics equipment , performing routine tests.
