Worked as a L2 Team member for the Infosys customer Poyry.Managing and coordinating the team. Managing the shift roster and reports related to my team.As a part of L2 Team, my main responsibility was monitoring the temperature devices, servers, network devices(routers, switches, etc.), applications services, exchange services as well as backup devices of the client through PRTG and SCOM.I used to work on various tasks for managing the server. Created Virtual and Hyper-V server. Maintained the disk space and memory issues of the server. Also resolved aD and DFSR issues pertaining to the servers.I also used to take care of the Backup jobs to backup the data of the customer through Symantec Netbackup.I used to manage the mailing and messaging system of the customer by Office 365 and Lotus Notes. Worked on issues related to Outlook 2013
