This encompasses pipes, flanges, spools, gaskets and fasteners with their relevant BOMs and dimensioning and design standards.o Relining and coating of silos channelling different chemicals and metals at the multi-metal processing facility.o Low pressure and medium pressure condensers, drums and their associated piping.

- Monitored the Corrective & Preventive Maintenance of the Earth-Moving Mining equipment including Dump Trucks, Hydraulic Excavators, Bulldozers, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, & other Earth-Moving Non-Mining equipment including Mobile Cranes, Boom Truck, Mobile Maintenance Trucks, Forklifts & Water Bowsers.- Ensured the compliance of OEM recommended spare parts to be used in both Corrective & Preventive maintenance of the equipment.- Compiled & organized the Weekly and Monthly maintenance reports, History Cards, and Downtime Analysis of the equipment.- Periodic update of QC Data Sheets to ensure compliance of QC checks.- Managed documentation, quality control, ground safety, workforce scheduling, and timely task completion in the Equipment Maintenance department. - Carried out the detailed completion turnover inspection of all the Mining Equipment for the purpose of taking over the equipment from the contractor company at the end of project phase-I. Also reviewed the ITR issued by the subcontractor.- Prepared (Job Safety Analysis) JSA and Permit to Work (PTW) for all the shutdown inspection activities on the equipment. - After the complete coal excavation at the phase of completion turnover, also monitored the Coal Crushing Unit (CCU) employed to channel the coal to the power plant.
