ThreadSol was acquired by Coats PLC in 2019.. the first fashion-tech start-up to make an exit!Coats PLC united the products and resources of 3 acquired companies and relaunched under the brand name - Coats Digital.I led the cross-sell drive for 6 Coats Digital products and headed customer-facing teams for Coats Digital. Responsible for PnL of Bangladesh and India, the geographies with the maximum concentration of accounts worldwide.

Planning, structuring an executing direct and channel sales (enterprise and Saas) and operations for software solutions to Apparel groups

Developing strategic partnerships with contributors to the garment trade worldwide. New business development and consultancy in China and European Regions.

Responsible for GTM of Turkey (4 largest target market for ThreadSol). Moved to Istanbul to work closely with our business partners and prospects. Majorly I would be visiting customers to dig up business data and analyze. Run live POCs to prove value. Conduct detailed process mapping and consult on change management.

I was one of the first few hires in Threadsol. I joined when we had onboarded 2 pilot customers. I would work with early customers to understand their feedback. Share customer feedback and use-cases with product & testing teams and collaborate. Closely track usage of product and value delivered for each of the early customers. Meet with POC and champions to discuss process, achievements and product roadmap.Ran a successful demand-gen drive in South-India region (cold outreach --> meeting set --> demo --> pilot conversion)
