New Product Introduction.• Global EMS Manufacturing & Quality Management• Leading core strategic initiatives/projects to improve overall customer experience through cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, sales, customer success, tech partners etc. to define & deliver innovative solutions that meet customers' evolving needs & expectations• Evaluation of Technologies & Tech partners. Managing, maintaining and growing tech partner ecosystem• Finalizing CPE technical Specifications, Functional Requirements Specifications, Business/Product Requirements Document, Manufacturing Quality Requirements, acceptance test plans.• Review of standards.• Identifying CTQs (Critical to Quality) using QFD, FMEA, Six Sigma tools• Review of manufacturing and quality best practices• Features & Requirements prioritization, change & backlog management• Creating dependencies, risk register, RACI matrix and establishing executive governance & touchpoints within Tech & business teams• Mentoring, coaching, & developing the team• Engage & liaison with industry, regulatory & government bodies

- Application Support to designers using National Semiconductor chips- Promoting National Semiconductor High Performance Analog Solutions- Seminars on NSC's latest technologies and products- Training customers and distributor FAEs on NSC latest products- Design Win and Design Pipeline Review- Providing suggestions and inputs on products under development- Gathering market rquirements and conveying back to chip design teams

· Finalizing Product Roadmap in consultation with Sales, Product Planning and Korea Division team.· Responsible for timely launch of high-end CTV and Flat Panel Display (FPD) models.· Market Surveys for identifying market trends, competitor analysis, user and dealer needs / preferences.· Identifying CTQs (Critical to Quality) for product using QFD, FMEA, Transfer functions and other 6-s tools.· Modifying design for the new models to suit Indian market requirements and Indian field conditions.· Making Engineering Samples, thorough testing, field trials and making necessary modifications.· Cost & Profitability Analysis. Control of Raw Material Cost (RMC).· Helping Marketing & Brand Management teams in their various PR and press related exercises.· Co-ordination across functions such as QA, manufacturing, materials & sourcing, CS, S&M etc.
