In my Role as Sports Manager at the Academic Sports Service Hamburg, I am involved in various organizational processes and projects. The main areas are: 1. Project Management - European Research Projects in the realm of Sport and Organisational development projects, such as the initiation, planning, and realization of a new state of the art Website for the Hochschulsport Hamburg.2. Change Management and Team development - I am involved in the organizing team in charge of driving organizational change and team development. For that, I plan, organize and deliver workshops for the team to install a positive attitude toward the change process within the organization that may eventually lead to a shared vision and a strategic action plan for the Hochschulsport Hamburg. 3. Event Management - I am also involved in planning and delivering sports events and conferences in the "University sports environment." These events range from small to medium in participation and from leisure time fun events to competitive sports events and from project meetings to general assemblies.

In my role Assistant Event Manager, I am organizing University Sports championships, symposiums, and congresses in the field of sports. As an expert in the European Project AMID, I contribute to the AMID project (Athletic Migration in Dual Carrer), which aims to develop sustainable structures for top athletes to do an exchange year during the pursuit of their academic career. We want to create to right conditions for top athletes to maintain their athletic performance while studying abroad.
