- Worked cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and data teams, ensuring timely delivery of project requirements by creating prioritized roadmaps.- Created and implemented an efficient project tracking process for the Home & Auto tech department and provided status updates to senior leadership.- Utilized JIRA and Confluence to streamline ongoing projects, track and manage roadmaps for the home & auto tech departments.- Analyzed past week to a month of Splunk data from b2b client transactions and identified 20+ false trigger alerts. Provided a solution to remove these alerts to increase tech team bandwidth- Participated in the “Verified Payments” hackathon to create an AI-based verification app system to improve privacy and security for our customers and clients by using facial recognition and biometric verification.

• Work directly with the Infrastructure & Operations Project manager on oversight to Systems, Network and Security projects. • Assume PM oversight for Network circuit consolidation project; including progress tracking, following up with internal team for on site visit scheduling, communicating with the Vendor to provide schedule updates, and communicating with the stores regarding the upcoming scheduled work.• Navigate general troubleshooting items when dealing with project complications such as schedule conflicts, communication, and coordination. • Assist with documenting project status’, identifying issues, and monitoring project timelines. • Engage with the At Home Project Management Office (PMO) to gain exposure to SDLC structure, PMO guidelines, and overall team experience. • Collaborate and shadow the Application Development Project Manager with development projects related to UI/UX design and with Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and estimation.
