Work Study Duties & Responsibilities1. Aiding and assisting Student Veterans to include, but not limited to tutoring and mentoring2. Contribute toward overall building maintenance. Keeping the fridge, microwave, kitchenette, whiteboards, and tables clean. Keeping trash and clutter at a minimum in the building Maintaining building to standards 3. ‘Man’ the SVO building to include:a) Answering phones when the Veteran Coordinator is out of the office b) Open/close the building, including turning lights on/off, turning computers on, locking/unlocking doors as applicable and turning off the workstudy sign-in tablet at the end of the dayc) Foster a healthy learning and social environment within the VSRC during operational hours4.Assisting the SVO officers as needed5.Perform additional duties, as specified by WSSS6.One student shall be assigned to work for the Certifying Official. Duties and responsibilities shall be defined by Certifying Official.

According to the Marine Corps' "COOL" system;"The Antitank Missile Gunner is responsible for the tactical employment of the M220E4 TOW2 Weapon System, M98A1 Javelin Weapons System, Anti-Armor Operations, and Tactical Vehicle Operations. They provide medium and heavy anti-armor fire in support of the infantry battalion, LAR battalion, tank battalion, and the MAGTF. They are located in the anti-armor platoon within the weapons company of the infantry battalions and LAR battalions, the scout and antitank platoons of the tank battalions; and the scout and antitank platoon in H&S Co 4th Tank Battalion (MARFORRES). Noncommissioned Officers are assigned as Gunners and squad leaders."
