Areas of services and expertise include: Joint-venture agreements and negotiations with multi-parties, advisory services in the preparation of bids for local and international investments into Nigeria's on-shore and offshore oil and gas fields, Upstream, Midstream and Downstream business development as well as turnaround services in the areas of Finance.

Led Total E&P Nigeria's sourcing for new acreages and participation in existing acreages held by other multinational oil companies and the NNPC, DPR and NAPIMS. As Total’s top level executive, represented Total Nigeria in liaising with senior managements of NNPC, Government Ministers and the National Assembly leadership on issues ranging from exploration and production to sustainable development both on behalf of Total Nigerian and also the OPTS (Oil Producers Trade section of the Chamber of Commerce)Strategic planning and Economics involving the supervision of the company wide business planning and economics division, developing long term plans for the group with attendant consequences on annual work programmes & budgets for all activities.Managed existing joint ventures with partners and the Nigerian government regarding production sharing contracts on jointly operated oil and gas fields.Led the economic analyses, bid and subsequent acquisition of two new and highly prospective oil blocks and the negotiation of 11 contracts leading to the development of the AKPO Field which now produces in excess of 175,000 barrels of oil per day and approximately the same equivalent cubic feet of gas; contributing significantly to Total Nigeria’s revenues annually.Development of Total E&P's gas business for local supply for power and exportation through the Nigerian LNG and Management of the Gas related commercial activities including:o Interests in the Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas company (NLNG)o Negotiating commercial arrangements including fiscal terms for gas as well as commercial aspects of the NNPC/TEPNL Joint Venture IPPo Negotiations with partners and government on gas ownership & utilization (including deepwater gas)o Gas business development including new sources of gas & optimization of existing sources for the company and Total Group’s commitments, compliance with gas flare out policies of the Nigeria Government
