As a Venture Builder Startup Partner/Coach, I have the privilege of coaching and mentoring participants in the SUSS Venture Builder Programme since the February 2024 cohort. Drawing upon my experience in social entrepreneurship and coaching, I provide support to budding entrepreneurs, connecting them with relevant partners in the social sector and assisting them in refining their business ideas. CaptionCube provides accurate video captioning, subtitling, transcription and translation services to the media, education and government sectors.As a social enterprise, CaptionCube stands for inclusiveness through increasing accessibility and equal employment opportunities. Our team includes persons with physical disabilities and autism who are empowered to work remotely and gain independence. • Led and organised SSI Enables 2015, a flagship event to showcase SSI’s services and to promote learning activities and Communities of Practice in the sector• Created marketing strategy and plan for the launch of the new flagship NonProfit Directors Programme in collaboration with Singapore Institute of Directors• Managed the revamp and launch of SSI’s online Research Portal

• Responsible for business development, external partnerships, public relations, marketing and corporate sales for training programs and coaching services• Conceptualised and managed successful public events/campaigns such as the Passion Unleashed Talk, a monthly talk series with distinguished speakers from business, arts and social sectors• Managed one of the key training programs in the company – the Accredited Coach Training Program and repackaged it to create a 400% increase in sales• Coached and managed various teams of trainers, coaches, staff and volunteers to implement constant improvements in training and service delivery

• Participated in the multi-agency taskforce that developed and implemented the first-in-the-world National Business Continuity Management (BCM) Programme• Managed the new BCM programme office and the $30 million national level funding programme to support companies in implementation of BCM • Received Values in Action (Team) Award 2010, Best PS21 Project and CAPAM 2010 International Innovations Awards Programme – Top 40
