Certified Application Counselor
CurrentResponsibilities include to identify, schedule and keep appointments with potentially eligible adults and/or families that do not have health insurance and enroll them into NY State of Health. Assist families with the application process by explaining requirements and necessary documentation.Assist clients with choosing a primary care physicianComply with site assignments, adaptability to site and schedule adjustments required. Attend regularly scheduled program staff meetings and any other agency events.Assist in community outreach projects.
