Very good command on ITMSC-CIT , TNMS-CT (Core and Multi core), OMS, SNMS, and T2000 servers. Specialist of O&M and fault clearance of existing DWDM of all vendors in KSA. Such as OLS400G, BWS1600 G, HiT 7300 and HiT 7500.• Use of RTTS (Remedy Trouble Ticketing System), tool for opening/closing and updating of problem reports..• Ability to planned and arranging TC/MDTs for entire network to keep it in smooth running.
