Achievements (as of Dec. 2022):- Biologics * Novel: PEGylated interleukin-11; PEGylated human arginase (under clinical development). * Biosimilar: PEGylated G-CSF; PEGylated interferon alpha & beta; therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. Some are in the stage of BLA filing.- Small molecule drug: T-1101 (TAI-110095), the first-in-class antineoplastic agent under clinical development.- Medical device: Galactochek oral galactose single point (GSP) test system (approved by the Taiwan FDA).- Cell therapy: monoclonal antibody for isolating target cells; integrated and enclosed manufacturing process for autologous and allogeneic products.
