About Jennifer Kuper

"How will you change the world?" This is a question I often ponder. Like many, I strive to make a difference during my time here on earth and to leave the world a better place for future generations. I have dedicated most of my career to raising awareness of issues impacting people with disabilities (PWD) and, specifically, to expanding jobs for PWD through marketing/communications (marcom) efforts. Now that you know my big picture, let me tell you about how my work makes an impact at the organizational level. As a marcom strategist, storyteller, editor and project management extraordinaire, I work with clients to understand their objectives and with colleagues from across the organization to lead projects from concept to execution. I’ve led project teams for 20+ years, breaking down large projects into manageable tasks and assigning them based on strengths and interests. My projects are successful because I remain focused on the big picture while ensuring project team members feel engaged and appreciated. Colleagues have been known to call me a “project ninja” due to my ability to juggle multiple, complex tasks while maintaining laser-focused attention to detail. My passion for the written word is deeply-rooted, dating back to my childhood years and, in particular, a high school Journalism class. After graduating with a bachelor’s in Journalism from University of Maryland (go Terrapins!), I had a rewarding experience at the Wall Street Journal before shifting to corporate marcom jobs intermingled with consulting gigs. Through storytelling, I enhance the corporate brand and support BD efforts.
