Developing of internal communication plan;- Issue of corporate newspaper (quarterly): articles preparation, translation, preparing the material for designer;- Issue of Groups newsletter (monthly);- Administration of internal web-site Intranet and corporate Data Base- Corporate events organization;- Charity campaigns organization (donorship, blood drive, cleaning the territory etc.);- Holding and promotion of internal surveys and contests for employees;- Communication support of synergy processes within the Group; - Developing motivation and loyalty programs for employees;- Work with HR on common projects (group shares ownership, induction day, corporate brochure, handbook for employees, etc.
