(Member of Hisense Europe) - Regional Gorenje Brand Manager Region Eastern Europe 2 (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo*) according to standard job qualification in FBiH: 2631.019.Regional Gorenje Brand Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening the Gorenje brand in the region, controlling marketing budget costs, and maintaining confidentiality. Key tasks include planning and implementing marketing activities, coordinating with marketing and media houses, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales, and improving customer relations. Regional Gorenje Brand Manager also prepares sales promotion actions, coordinates with the sales sector, regularly visits retail customers, and analyzes competitor activities. Regional Gorenje Brand Manager is directly responsible to the Regional Marketing Director, Sales Director, and Company Director. Regional Gorenje Brand Manager is also authorized to issue operational work orders to market coordinators in the EE2 region. The Regional Gorenje Brand Manager is responsible for quality work organization, proper internal and external communication, developing a customer network, accuracy in reporting, respecting corporate standards, and behavior in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
