Responsibilities :1. Create mechanical designs, plan, and manage workshop projects.2. Complete blueprint designs using Autodesk Inventor and make necessary adjustments for manufacturing and assembly.3. Develop Bill of Materials, Timelines, and Task details.4. Generate documentation, user manual, standard part list, and historical problems.5. Support maintenance and provide bracket of sensor, HMI, and Andon for each customers6. Produce animations/simulations using Blender for presentations needs.7. Supervise the manufacturing process and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.Past projects in Mechanical Design Engineering:1. Creating logic in Autodesk Inventor 2024 to meet user needs at Meiwa Mold Indonesia.2. Designed and manufactured a Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Auto Stamping for LG Electronics Indonesia.3. Designed and manufactured a trolley for Tenma.4. Conducted piping simulations using CAESAR II for Ori Polytec Composite.5. Conducted R&D for indoor vertical farming (SmartVarm) at RagdalionPast projects as a Developer:1. Developed VR simulations for SPM Washing Machine for Sagahikari.2.
