- Working closely and supporting the consultant (MLRO/ Compliance Officer) to ensure client's adherence to relevant regulations and maintain a robust Anti Money Laundering (AML) program.- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and developments affecting the industries our clients operate in.- Support the MLRO in the implementation and maintenance of effective AML programs for clients.- Conduct periodic reviews of client AML procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.- Assist in the development of training programs for client staff on AML policies and procedures.- Assist in conducting compliance assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance.- Collaborate with the Compliance Officer to develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.- Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential compliance risks.- Work with the Compliance Officer to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks.- Support the MLRO in conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes.- Assist in the review and analysis of client transactions for potential suspicious activities.- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and client interactions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the business set-up process.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.- Assisting clients' business need and analysing the best business set up propositions according to their need (mainland UAE / freezones).- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of business registration and set-up for clients.- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
