Starting to work at Temsa Global between 2002 and 2007 as production engineer at different production sections like body welding section, Diamond bus whole production line from chassis, welding to the delivery.Than I managed bus production trim section till when I was appointed to foundation of Temsa Egypt plant project in 2007. I've worked as Production Section Manager at Egypt factory from starting of construction till 2011,june. Than coming back to Temsa Adana factory.Production section managership is my current position .I am responsible for bus body production together with 150 employees.

I was in Egypt for the production management of Temsa Egypt SAE between January,2007 and June,2011. Temsa Egypt is a commercial vehicle production company , established in Cairo , Egypt . It is a joint venture company, founded by the Temsa Global and Lasheen Group partnership. I attended to this organisation from Temsa side.I would like to summarize my job description in Temsa Egypt as below;-Identification of required materials, tools, equipment and systems.- Purchasing of required items.-Layout study and supporting construction plan-Hiring and recruitment of technicians-Being a team member of prothotype project team-Starting of pilot production-Execution of production from mechanicial installation, triming and delivery to customer. Also paintshop management can be added (Last 1.5 year)-Monitoring the production metrics ( Manpower, Efficiency , Quality defects , Delays , Over time working etc.)-Tender inspections,preparing of tenders requirements-Customer order applications.-Advising to Aftersales department-Solving customer technical problems, occured on the product.
