I founded Mentors For Higher Education to empower first-generation students to further their education and help them apply to college through our mentorship program. I have developed the program website along with it's mission, values, and goals. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience to launch a program that is making a positive impact for students.

My team is developed an Insights Page for the Isenberg Undergrad Consulting Group. As the Product Manager I lead the communication between our client and the software developers. I developed a client agreement including the Project Proposal, Expectations, Timeline, Scope of Work, and Amendments. I also developed the design on Figma and worked with my team's software developers to ensure the product exceeds client expectations.

I-Corps is a training program at UMass that ensures students to develop an impactful business through customer discovery. As the Entrepreneurial Lead of my team "The Student Wellness Hub", I attended training sessions on the Lean Launchpad approach and learned to identify the customer segments, value propositions, and conduct customer discovery interviews to gain insights on problems related to university wellness.

I am proud to have led the development of an Employee Wellness Hub from ideation at UKG's Hackathon event. I also provided strategic insight on market disrupters through analysis of product, design and experience for 4 competitors. I helped renovate UKG's Compliance Hub by recommending compliance regulation procedures and develop content and competitive analysis for the Great Place To Work Hub.This internship sharpened my skills in product development and management and inspired me to pursue a career in product management.

This internship allowed me to contribute towards the operations side of Advantage Solutions. To assist the accounting team, I managed and audit incoming revenue, termination, and NDA contracts with clients to maintain accounting systems. Working with the resource management team I also analyzed, extracted, manipulated, and migrated data to support the enterprise transition from Workfront to Smartsheet. Overall I have defined project roles and responsibility for 500+ employees on Smartsheet to assist the Project Management Team and have increased communication and enhanced reporting procedure consistency by reducing data completion time for a variety of projects.

I started as a summer intern and extended my internship to work part time during the school year. Currently I am developing onboarding materials from over 200 source files for our partnerships with Instacart and Kroger. I revise sales information for Walmart, Kroger, Meijer, and HEB on MS Excel to fulfill parameters used by our data analysis program called Datorama. Over the summer I ensured on-time deliveries for 30+ Program Proposal Analysis’ by mediating between 3 departments. I also constructed a shopper marketing plan, budget, and estimated reach for Seresto flea collars in collaboration with Petco.

As a Student Ambassador Program for UMass Dining I worked with the Award Winning Dining team to develop innovation solutions to improve dining halls and participate in marketing strategies to increase student satisfaction and awareness. I partnered with the Director of Residential & Retail Dining to develop a new internship program for Peet’s Coffee. I developed multimedia marketing materials for student outreach, including self-recorded and edited video content. I regularly provided customer satisfaction feedback through organized surveys to evaluate and improve dining experience for roughly 30,000 students. I also collaborated independently with The Amherst Wire newsletter to develop an informative article surrounding the effect of the Covid-19 virus on dining protocols.

At Lightining Strikes Pest Control, I managed all accounts receivable and customer invoicing to maintain accounting procedures. I also digitized all client information into a software called Briostack.
