My responsibilities at Lanxess consist of scheduled repairs and installations of Instrumentation and electrical components. During my work I perform tasks on instruments from Rosemount, Moore, Scott, Endress and Hauser as well as Foxboro. When needed, I aid other personnel with work on Analytical Systems throughout the Olefins site. I am currently gaining experience to achieve our company qualifications as a High Voltage Electrician, to allow me to properly and safely conduct tasks and repairs on the equipment within the facility. Aside from my demands to conduct maintenance tasks, I periodically am appointed the position as the team leader of my group and assign tasks to personnel and ensure the completion of jobs for the day in a multiple skilled trade group. My additional task as Team leader is to liaison the progress of the personnel to management during daily update meetings.

At Toda maintained and installed new electrical equipment at the site. I developed and implemented new circuitry to achieve the tasks requested by my engineering staff. I aided in developing schematics of the revised and newly constructed circuits within the facility. I was also responsible for the construction and commissioning of new additions to our facility for the development of new products. Aside from my electrical concerns, I developed and followed site standards in calibrations and installations of devices for the process. I ensured the integrity during the normal production schedules. When requested by management I was responsible for the direction of contract personnel that were needed to fulfill the man power requirements on larger projects at Toda.

During my time at Agrium I worked many roles. I was the lead operator for both units at the Facility and also took a later postion as the Swing Operator and site Electrician/ Instrumentation Technician.My duties for this role were to aid in the training of new operations personel and preformed maintenance on the site when issues arised. I was involved in the comissioning of the new XCU unit and was then assigned as a lead operator for the startup crew.

My work would require me to attend to any electrical or Instrumentation concerns within the finishing area. The finishing area consisted of 9 lines of 5 CNC machines and 2gantry robots. Also within the area were automated Guided Vechicles, 2 Preheat systems and 2 automated cranes.
