På så sätt ger vi de förutsättningarna att kunna ansvara för sina samhällsviktiga verksamheter. Det kan gälla samhällsskydd & säkerhet, elförsörjning, vård, räddning eller annan verksamhet som också är kopplat till det civila försvaret och självklart även utifrån ett Totalförsvarsperspektiv. Att vår verksamhet uppnår uppsatt budget för intäkter och kostnader är självklart en viktig del i mitt ansvar som Tjänsteägare.

I had budget and personnel responsibility for a total of about 20 technicians at these locations. The work taught me a lot about motivating and running team work remotely. Especially as the culture at the various offices was quite different.
