I min roll som Tjänsteägare för Rakel säkerställer jag att vi lever upp till våra kunders förväntan på tillgänglighet, säkerhet och robusthet i vårt säkra kommunikationssystem Rakel. Genom våra tre områden ”Kund och marknad”, ”Utveckling och projekt” samt ”Förvaltning och drift” skapar vi en trygg förmåga till samverkan och informationsutbyte för våra kunder. På så sätt ger vi de förutsättningarna att kunna ansvara för sina samhällsviktiga verksamheter. Det kan gälla samhällsskydd & säkerhet, elförsörjning, vård, räddning eller annan verksamhet som också är kopplat till det civila försvaret och självklart även utifrån ett Totalförsvarsperspektiv. Att vår verksamhet uppnår uppsatt budget för intäkter och kostnader är självklart en viktig del i mitt ansvar som Tjänsteägare.

Mainly with MSB’s services in the area of secure communications and information security. The sectors I am responsible for include authorities and private companies in transport, electricity and energy, finance, Seveso facilities and various administrative authorities. The role as KAM also includes leading and implementing different types of projects. Thanks to the fact that I am also responsible for managing and developing several of our processes, I can ensure that we deliver quality in our business.During the period February 2010 to December 2011, I was Acting Sales Manager at MSB and was part of the company's management team. This meant budget, operational and personnel responsibilities. During those years, I introduced, among other things, a team-oriented approach that meant that we increased the presence of our customers and reached high sales and revenue targets.In parallel with my KAM role, during 2015-2020 I was also Partner Manager with responsibility for developing the collaboration with our partners. During these years, we went from about 40 partners to over 60 that we collaborate with today.

KAM with budget and profit responsibility. Over the years, I expanded and developed SOS Alarm's partners in the region, which greatly increased our revenues in the area of security services.

Employed as a system vendor of complete IT systems and IT services, primarily to new customers at Q.D. Västerås AB. Half a year later, at the request of the management, switched to becoming a service manager with budget result and development responsibility for technology and the support department of about 20 people. In my managerial role, I developed the marketing of our technology services, which increased profitability as we aimed for a more competent and demanding market.In April 1998, my part of Q.D's operations went to Telenor Comma AB and we started a local office in Västerås where I became site manager. On 1/7 1998, the company was reorganized, and I then became the head of the Mitt region, which included the offices in Norrköping, Västerås, Örebro, Borlänge, Sundsvall, Östersund and Luleå. I had budget and personnel responsibility for a total of about 20 technicians at these locations. The work taught me a lot about motivating and running team work remotely. Especially as the culture at the various offices was quite different.

Salesman with budget and profit responsibility, later also sales manager when we increased sales resources within the company. Our product portfolio consisted of development assignments, software tools and consulting services.

Service manager with budget and result responsibility for technology and logistics for a section of about 10 employees. To meet greater demand, I developed new service services and concepts for service packaging. As a result, we achieved increased profitability while increasing the number of employees.

Service engineer with main responsibility for installation and service of IBEX computers and as a product specialist supported other technicians in Sweden and Finland. The IBEX computers were imported by ITT Scanips from France, which also involved a lot of contacts with technicians in France.During 1982-1985 I also worked through a private company as a circle leader in data for TBV on weekends and evenings.

Office machine technicians also responsible for sales, installation and service on computers. Since the company was quite small, I handled most things, from invoicing, sales and purchasing.
